The Al Fahidi district in Bur Dubai welcomed a new medical centre inaugurated by Dubai Finance in partnership with Al Tadawi Healthcare Group, aimed at providing comprehensive healthcare services to approximately 500 Dubai government employees, their families, and visitors.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by notable figures, including H.E. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh, Director General of the Department of Finance, and H.E. Marwan Ibrahim Haji Nasser, Chairman & CEO of Al Tadawi Healthcare Group. The event also included H.E. Abdullah bin Zayed Al Falasi from the Dubai Government Human Resources Department and other key officials from the Dubai Health Authority.
H.E. Abdulrahman Saleh Al Saleh expressed his enthusiasm for the new facility, emphasizing its alignment with the department’s strategy to enhance community happiness and quality of life.
“This centre will foster disease awareness and prevention, contributing to a healthy work environment,”
he stated, acknowledging Al Tadawi Healthcare Group for assembling a qualified medical team.
The centre will focus on chronic disease screening, including diabetes and heart disease, and offers services such as a general medicine clinic, dental care, physiotherapy, and specialist consultations for various conditions.
H.E. Marwan Ibrahim Haji Nasser highlighted the centre's commitment to early detection and treatment.
Al Tadawi Healthcare Group plans to expand healthcare centres across various Dubai government entities, currently managing 15 facilities, including those for Dubai Police and Dubai Customs. Fatima Qasim Al Omairi, from Al Tadawi Group, noted the importance of workplace healthcare systems in enhancing employee performance and happiness.
Operating in alignment with Dubai Finance's working hours, the Al Tadawi Medical Center will provide immediate treatment and coordinate care for more complex cases at Al Tadawi Specialized Hospital.
