As the eighth edition of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) enters its final week, the city is gearing up for a spectacular close.

Launched on 26 October, this year’s challenge has seen residents and visitors unite for three weeks of fitness fun, striving to meet the goal of 30 minutes of exercise for 30 days. Now, with an action-packed finale on the horizon, Dubai is offering an array of FREE events to make the final week unforgettable.

On Sunday, 24 November, the Dubai Run, presented by Mai Dubai, will bring together participants for a thrilling run with two routes: the 5km Downtown course, perfect for families and beginners, and the 10km route along the iconic Sheikh Zayed Road, offering breathtaking views of Dubai’s skyline. Registration is free on the website.

Before the grand finale, don’t miss the Tomorrow Ride on 23 November at Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, offering family-friendly and more challenging cycling routes. For adrenaline enthusiasts, the Emirates Dubai Sail Grand Prix on 23-24 November at Mina Rashid promises high-speed racing and live performances.

Padel lovers can also join the Dubai Padel Cup, with free coaching sessions and an exciting tournament to wrap up the month. Meanwhile, the three 30x30 Fitness Villages at Kite Beach, Zabeel Park, and Al Warqa’a Park will continue to offer free fitness classes and activities to help you meet your fitness goals before the challenge ends.
