He noted that advanced judicial systems and digital tools are being used to guarantee that decisions are made in the best interests of children while preserving family rights.

Mohammed Al Obaidli, Executive Director of the Case Management Sector, highlighted that the Committee was established under Decree No. 7 of 2022 by Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, affirming Dubai’s commitment to ensuring safe and stable family environments for children.

Committee Chairman Ahmed Abdul Karim added that collaboration with judicial, police, health, and educational authorities is central to strengthening child protection, with technology playing a growing role in enhancing assessments and decision-making.

The report underscores Dubai’s integrated approach to fostering, bringing together institutions and specialists to ensure accuracy, transparency, and sustainability in decisions. By focusing on innovation and global best practices, the Foster Care Committee continues to strengthen child welfare and family cohesion in line with the emirate’s long-term vision.
