The Dubai Future Forum 2024, the world’s largest gathering of futurists, experts, and organizations dedicated to future design, will take place from November 18-21 at the Museum of the Future.
Organized by the Dubai Future Foundation under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the event will feature over 70 keynote addresses, panel discussions, and workshops tackling pressing issues for humanity’s future.
More than 150 global speakers and 2,500 experts from 100 countries will gather to address critical topics, from environmental sustainability to the evolution of human health. Notable sessions include a discussion on deep-sea exploration with astronaut Sarah Sabry and inventor Prof. Oussama Khatib, and a keynote by Dr. Parag Khanna, founder of AlphaGeo, exploring humanity’s future trajectory.
For the first time, the forum will host city-wide activations. Events include film screenings at Cinema Akil and workshops such as "Nomadic Futures: Reimagining Cultural Narratives" and "Play-Full Futures," which explore future design’s impact on community and health. Workshops will also focus on reshaping healthcare, sustainability, and AI futures.
The forum will feature 100 innovative prototypes in the "Dubai Future Solutions" initiative, promoting global collaboration on future technologies. Additionally, the Museum of the Future will host a UNICEF exhibition on childhood in a changing world, highlighting the need for a collective effort to secure a better future for the next generation.
This year’s forum promises to spark new ideas and conversations shaping a sustainable, innovative future for all.
