Dubai kicks off the fourth edition of the Dubai Future Forum tomorrow at the Museum of the Future, under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
The event brings together over 2,500 experts, futurists, and decision-makers from 100 global institutions to examine emerging trends, innovation, and global transformation.
Organised by the Dubai Future Foundation and running until 19 November, the Forum features more than 70 sessions and dialogues across five core themes: Exploring the Unknown, Empowering Societies, Reimagining Health, Optimising Systems, and Foresight Insights. Day one will include a keynote by Dubai Future Foundation CEO Khalfan Belhoul and a session on ‘Leadership in the Age of AI and Global Transformation’ with Mastercard CEO Michael Miebach and Minister of State Omar Sultan Al Olama.
This year introduces dedicated Learning Days on 17 and 20 November, exploring topics such as global security, strategic philanthropy, wearable technologies, urban resilience, and the future of media. Leading experts will share insights on translating research into practical solutions, enhancing urban resilience, and shaping future philanthropy models.
On the sidelines, Arab News and the Dubai Future Foundation hosted a media roundtable discussing how the industry can adapt to digital disruption, AI, and evolving regulations.
The Prototypes for Humanity – Dubai Future Solutions Exhibition 2025 also opened today at AREA 2071, showcasing 100 innovative projects from students and academics worldwide. Five innovators will receive support to implement their solutions. The Forum will also announce winners of the inaugural Dubai Foresight Awards and hold the Future Stories Awards Ceremony, recognising visionary thinkers and storytellers shaping tomorrow’s world.
Strategic partners supporting the Forum include Dubai Municipality, Emirates Global Aluminium, UNICEF, XPANCEO, FIKR Institute, and multiple international universities, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global hub for innovation, foresight, and collaboration.
