Dubai Future Foundation concluded the second edition of the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence Accelerator Programme after bringing together leading AI companies from the UAE and abroad to co-develop advanced solutions for government services.

The programme was delivered in partnership with multiple government entities and focused on enhancing the performance and efficiency of public services across Dubai. DCAI selected top participants from more than 1,300 submissions, narrowing the field to companies capable of addressing 105 use cases proposed by over 20 government departments.

During the demo day, participating companies presented the solutions they built alongside government partners in front of Chief AI Officers from across the public sector. The showcased innovations covered GenAI productivity tools, AI-powered heritage preservation, predictive analytics for financial systems, AI assistants for call centres, population survey applications, and digital self-assessment tools for patients.

Additional projects included AI agents for customer complaints, automated data management systems, sports itinerary generators, and models supporting dynamic ambulance deployment.

Saeed Al Falasi, Executive Director of DCAI, said the programme reflected strong collaboration between public and private stakeholders to design and implement solutions that support the Dubai Universal Blueprint for Artificial Intelligence.

The event also featured a panel discussion on accelerating public sector innovation with senior AI leaders from the Department of Finance, Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, and Dubai Health Authority.

Participating companies retain full ownership of their intellectual property and gain direct access to government entities, enabling continued collaboration and creating opportunities for regional and international expansion.
