Dubai Future Foundation has partnered with Dubai Police to strengthen future-readiness, innovation, and leadership development across the force, marking a major step in advancing Dubai’s people-centric digital vision.
The partnership was announced during the second day of the Dubai Future Forum 2025 at the Museum of the Future. The agreement was signed by Major General Dr. Ahmed Zaal bin Krishan Al Muhairi, Dubai Police Deputy Commander in Chief for Administrative and Financial Affairs, and His Excellency Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of DFF, in the presence of senior officials from both entities.
The collaboration introduces training programs, capacity-building initiatives, foresight studies, and innovation projects aimed at enhancing government service quality and supporting Dubai’s long-term digital transformation goals. Through Dubai Future Academy and the Foresight Ecosystem, Dubai Police personnel will gain access to advanced leadership courses, specialised diploma programs, practical workshops, and knowledge exchange platforms focused on future-oriented thinking.
Major General Al Muhairi said the agreement reflects Dubai Police’s commitment to building strategic partnerships that strengthen national talent and elevate service standards. He added that the initiative supports the emirate’s vision to integrate quality of life and digital advancement across all government sectors while reinforcing efforts to enhance safety, security, and community wellbeing.
Belhoul noted that the partnership aligns with Dubai’s mission to deliver proactive and agile public services driven by technology and innovation. He said that strengthening capabilities within Dubai Police is essential for shaping future pathways and supporting a community made up of more than 200 nationalities.
The announcement took place during Dubai Future Forum, the world’s largest gathering of futurists, which brings together more than 2,500 participants and 200 speakers from around 100 countries.
