Dubai is set to host the seventh edition of the Dubai Games from 12 to 15 February, bringing together elite teams from around the world in one of the region’s most prominent team-based sporting challenges, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.

The event is organised in official partnership with DP World, with Diamond Partners DAMAC, Emarat, and Beyond Developments, Gold Partners DEWA, Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, and Unilabs Middle East, and strategic support from the Dubai Sports Council.

For the third consecutive year, the tournament will open with the Cities bonus-points challenge at Burj Khalifa on 11 February. A record 56 teams representing cities from across the globe will race up the tower’s staircase, competing for 16 bonus points ahead of the Battle of the Cities.

Main competitions begin on 12 February with the Men’s Battle of the Government, featuring two heats from 3pm, followed by further heats and the Battle of the Community on 13 February. The demanding obstacle courses are designed to test teamwork, endurance, and tactical decision-making.

The Women’s Battle of the Government will take place on 14 February from 9am, alongside additional heats of the Battle of the Cities, underscoring the tournament’s growing international reach.

Finals day on 15 February will start with the Battle of the Juniors at 8am, before championship rounds across all categories and an evening awards ceremony.

Winning teams will share a prize pool exceeding AED4 million, while fans can enjoy family-friendly activations, daily prize draws, and opportunities to win cars and other prizes, reinforcing the Dubai Games’ role in promoting community engagement and active lifestyles.
