This agreement supports DGHR's ongoing efforts to equip government employees with essential skills, ensuring they can effectively tackle challenges and boost professional competitiveness. The MoC aligns with Dubai’s vision of strengthening its human resources sector through innovative and future-oriented solutions.

The agreement was signed by H.E. Abdulla Ali Bin Zayed Al Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Marwan Ahmed Bin Ghalita, Director General of DLD.

He stressed that the MoC would foster a dynamic and efficient workplace, supporting Dubai’s competitiveness globally.

The collaboration will focus on innovative training programs tailored to meet the needs of each department, along with studies aimed at fostering innovation and knowledge excellence.
