The Dubai Government Human Resources Department (DGHR) has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Supreme Legislation Committee (SLC) to enhance legal services and legislative frameworks in the human resources sector across the emirate. The agreement aims to improve the quality of services through continuous legislative advancement.
Key objectives of the partnership include fostering a flexible working environment that aligns with global practices and enhancing Dubai’s appeal as a destination for creative talents and competitive experts. This initiative supports Dubai’s broader vision to maintain a robust legislative structure that drives innovation and competitiveness in the human resources field.
The agreement was formalized by H.E. Abdullah Ali Bin Zayed Al-Falasi, Director General of DGHR, and H.E. Ahmad Saeed bin Meshar Al Muhairi, Secretary General of the SLC.
H.E. Al-Falasi emphasized that strengthening ties with the SLC would play a crucial role in enhancing Dubai’s human resources sector through smart solutions and adaptable policies. He also highlighted the significance of this collaboration in fostering institutional harmony and integration across government entities.
Echoing this sentiment, H.E. bin Meshar said the partnership represents a key step toward bolstering Dubai’s legislative ecosystem. He noted that the SLC would offer legal advisory services, legislative reviews, and research, all contributing to the optimal implementation of laws.
