As part of its participation in Arab Health 2025, the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) unveiled its innovative 'Opportunities Platform,' a groundbreaking digital solution designed to revolutionize recruitment in Dubai’s healthcare sector.
Integrated into the Sheryan system, the 'Opportunities Platform' is the first government-operated portal of its kind, advertising job vacancies in the healthcare sector. Dr. Hisham Al Hammadi, Director of Health Licensing at the DHA, described it as a digital gateway that streamlines the hiring process, providing job seekers with easy access to employment opportunities that match their qualifications and registration requirements.
Dr. Al Hammadi emphasized the platform’s role in supporting Emiratisation policies within private healthcare while simplifying the job search and application process. By reducing time and effort for job seekers and employers alike, the platform enables advanced applicant filtering based on qualifications and experience.
The initiative also aids policymakers with accurate data and reports on labor market trends, fostering informed decision-making. In addition, the platform serves as a resource for healthcare institutions and investors, offering access to a dedicated talent pool and identifying workforce needs to guide future strategies.
By attracting international experts and professionals, the platform reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for healthcare excellence while ensuring the sector’s growth aligns with evolving demands.
