The Academy is designed to foster a culture of leadership throughout Dubai’s academic health system, aiming to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high standards of patient care.

This program will engage 200 participants across five cohorts, focusing on strategic leadership, healthcare innovation, patient safety, and high-performance culture. Dr. Eleanor Murray from Oxford Saïd highlighted the program’s aim to equip leaders with essential skills to drive systemic change and improve healthcare delivery.

Professor Alawi Alsheikh-Ali, Deputy CEO of Dubai Health, praised the partnership with Oxford Saïd, calling it pivotal in uniting the Academy’s missions and advancing patient-centric excellence. Dr. Mark O’Brien of Oxford Saïd expressed enthusiasm for the program, stating,

“We are committed to providing an exceptional learning experience that will inspire leaders to drive excellence in healthcare for years to come.”

The Dubai Health Leadership Academy marks a significant step in strengthening healthcare leadership, ensuring Dubai's health system is well-equipped to meet future challenges and opportunities.
