Dubai Healthcare City Authority (DHCA) has announced a strategic partnership with Al Jalila Foundation to enhance healthcare services in the region.
This collaboration aims to promote research, knowledge exchange, and innovative initiatives, strengthening Dubai's healthcare sector.
As part of the agreement, DHCA will support Al Jalila Foundation as its ‘Charity of Choice,’ collaborate on fundraising efforts, and support Dubai Health’s key initiatives, including the Hamdan Bin Rashid Cancer Hospital. Both organizations will also work on charitable, volunteerism, and humanitarian initiatives within the healthcare sector, with a strong focus on supporting aspiring healthcare professionals and medical education.
Issam Galadari, CEO of DHCA, emphasized the partnership’s role in advancing medical education, research, and innovation in Dubai.
“By collaborating on impactful initiatives, we are contributing to the foundation’s mission of enhancing healthcare services and initiatives,”
Galadari said.
Dr. Amer Al Zarooni, CEO of Al Jalila Foundation, highlighted the importance of collaboration in shaping a healthier future.
“Together, we will drive initiatives that develop our healthcare professionals and contribute towards building a future-ready healthcare ecosystem,”
he remarked.
The agreement also includes Al Jalila Foundation’s ‘Wellness on Wheels’ mobile clinic, which will provide healthcare services to the DHCC community, alongside volunteering opportunities.
This partnership is a key step in supporting Dubai’s strategic vision of advancing healthcare and addressing the evolving needs of the city and the wider region.
