Dubai Holding and Nord Anglia Education have announced a strategic partnership to develop and operate a portfolio of premium K-12 schools across Dubai, strengthening the emirate’s education landscape and reinforcing its position as a global hub for knowledge, innovation and talent.
Under the agreement, Dubai Holding Asset Management will develop purpose-built school facilities that will be operated by Nord Anglia Education within Dubai Holding’s master-planned communities. The initiative is designed to expand access to high-quality international education and deliver long-term value for families and investors.
The first school, offering a British curriculum, is planned for Dubai Production City and is expected to open in the coming years, subject to final approval by Knowledge and Human Development Authority. It will serve families in surrounding areas including Jumeirah Golf Estates, Emirates Living and Tilal Al Ghaf. Additional schools are planned across other flagship Dubai Holding communities.
The partnership aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Education Strategy 2033, supporting national efforts to provide world-class education that meets global standards.
Students at the new schools will gain access to Nord Anglia’s Global Campus, enabling collaboration with more than 100,000 peers worldwide, alongside opportunities such as international expeditions and global academic and cultural programmes. Teaching will also be enriched through collaborations with institutions including UNICEF, The Juilliard School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and IMG Academy.
Nord Anglia already operates two award-winning schools in Dubai, Nord Anglia International School Dubai and Swiss International Scientific School Dubai, both recognised for academic excellence and strong student outcomes, providing a solid foundation for the partnership’s expansion plans.
