Dubai Holding Asset Management, renowned for its vast retail portfolio, has revealed the highly anticipated opening of Nad Al Sheba Mall, a 500,000 sq. ft. mixed-use retail destination located in the heart of Nad Al Sheba.
Slated to open in April 2025, the mall will feature over 100 curated stores, offering a blend of fitness, retail, entertainment, food and beverage, and healthcare experiences.
Nad Al Sheba Mall stands out with its prime location and contemporary design, making it a hub for social activities. The mall will boast premium wellness facilities, including a rooftop gym, swimming pool, and padel courts, catering to both recreation and relaxation. Additionally, over 900 parking spaces ensure convenient access for visitors, while its proximity to schools and residential communities is expected to boost foot traffic, making the mall a vibrant addition to the area.
Key tenants will include popular F&B brands such as Home Bakery, Parkers, and SALT, alongside supermarkets like Spinneys and Union Coop. The mall will also feature sports outlets such as Go Sport, fitness centers like Fit N Glam, and children’s entertainment venues like Fun City and Orange Wheels.
