Dubai Holding and Palantir Technologies have joined forces to launch Aither, a joint venture that marks Palantir’s first operational presence in the UAE.
The partnership builds on 18 months of collaboration that has already delivered measurable improvements across Dubai Holding’s portfolio and aims to scale AI solutions across strategic commercial sectors nationwide.
The agreement was signed in Dubai in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, and His Excellency Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs. Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, and Noam Perski, Executive Vice President at Palantir, formalised the venture during the ceremony.
Since early 2024, Dubai Holding has deployed Palantir’s AI and data integration platforms to enhance operational efficiency, accelerate decision-making, and improve data visibility across its real estate, hospitality, finance, and infrastructure sectors. The collaboration has supported leading brands including Nakheel, Meraas, and Jumeirah.
Aither will act as a national platform to drive enterprise-grade AI adoption, enabling both government and private-sector organisations to achieve transformation at scale. By combining Dubai Holding’s local expertise with Palantir’s software and engineering capabilities, the joint venture aims to strengthen competitiveness, unlock new value streams, and contribute to the UAE’s digital ecosystem.
The initiative aligns with Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which targets AED100 billion in annual value from digital transformation. Aither will also focus on localising Palantir’s technology benefits through talent development and governance frameworks to guide AI implementation across commercial sectors.
Amit Kaushal said,
“Through Aither, we are extending proven AI capabilities to the wider market, supporting Dubai’s digital ambitions and the UAE’s economic diversification.”
Palantir CEO Alex Karp added,
“We are proud to empower institutions across the UAE with Palantir’s world-leading AI capabilities.”
