Dubai is set to welcome some of the world’s brightest academic minds and innovators this November as the city hosts the 2025 edition of Dubai Future Solutions – Prototypes for Humanity under the patronage of H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority.
Taking place from 17 to 20 November at AREA 2071 in Emirates Towers Boulevard, the event will showcase 100 groundbreaking projects selected from more than 3,000 submissions across 120 countries. The annual initiative highlights solutions to global challenges in healthcare, energy, mobility, and sustainability, uniting students, professors, and recent graduates from top universities including Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, and MIT.
Organised by Prototypes for Humanity, an Art Dubai Group initiative, in collaboration with the Dubai Future Foundation, Dubai International Financial Centre, and the Hussain Sajwani – DAMAC Foundation, the programme provides participants with access to industry leaders, funding opportunities, and pilot partnerships with regional companies.
Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, said the initiative continues to attract exceptional global talent and reinforces Dubai’s role as a hub for innovation and collaboration.
Hussain Sajwani, Founder of DAMAC Group, added that the event embodies Dubai’s commitment to empowering young innovators and advancing technologies that create meaningful global impact.
According to Tadeu Baldani Caravieri, Director of Prototypes for Humanity, this year’s submissions reflect a growing focus on making advanced technologies more accessible and inclusive. The showcase will coincide with the 4th Dubai Future Forum, culminating in an awards ceremony honouring five outstanding projects that demonstrate exceptional potential to shape a more sustainable future.
