In a significant move to enhance international arbitration education, the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, France's oldest law university.

This collaboration aims to promote alternative dispute resolution (ADR) education, facilitate knowledge exchange, and bolster research initiatives related to international arbitration.

The agreement sets the stage for both institutions to engage in strategic initiatives, including the development of specialized arbitration training programs, co-hosting arbitration events, and conducting joint research efforts. This partnership leverages the extensive experience of DIAC, which boasts three decades of leadership in ADR, alongside the academic prowess of Panthéon-Assas University, which serves over 23,000 students across four international campuses.

He emphasized the shared commitment to arbitration and ADR methods, noting the partnership's potential to yield fruitful educational and research initiatives.
