Dubai International Airport is set for one of its busiest travel periods, with more than 3.4 million passengers expected to pass through its terminals between 27 June and 9 July 2025.
Daily traffic is projected to exceed 265,000 passengers, with 5 July anticipated to be the peak day for both departures and connecting flights. In response, Dubai Airports has launched a coordinated summer readiness plan to manage the surge and ensure a smooth travel experience.
The airport’s operations team, in collaboration with stakeholders, has ramped up support services, welfare assistance, and real-time monitoring to minimise disruptions. This comes amid regional challenges that have caused some flight delays and cancellations across the network.
Using predictive analytics and resource optimisation tools, the airport aims to maintain service continuity while prioritising safety for both guests and staff. Dubai Airports continues to work closely with authorities and airline partners to adapt as needed during the high-traffic period.
