Dubai International Chamber recorded strong growth in the first nine months of 2025, attracting 261 companies to the emirate and reinforcing Dubai’s position as a leading global investment hub.

The figure marks a 65 percent increase compared to the same period in 2024, highlighting the chamber’s expanding role in driving foreign direct investment.

The new entrants included 44 multinational companies, up 10 percent from last year, and 217 small and medium-sized enterprises, representing an 84 percent surge. The results underscore the chamber’s efforts to strengthen Dubai’s business appeal and align with the objectives of the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).

H.E. Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said the chamber remains committed to attracting high-value investments and expanding opportunities across key sectors to reinforce Dubai’s global standing.

The chamber continued to advance the Dubai Global initiative, which aims to establish 50 international representative offices by 2030. In the first nine months of 2025, five new offices were opened in Dhaka, Cape Town, Bengaluru, Bangkok, and Toronto, expanding the chamber’s footprint to 30 priority markets.

Through its international network, the chamber organised 376 roundtable meetings to promote Dubai as a gateway for global business and investment. These offices serve as strategic platforms linking Dubai with global markets, facilitating two-way investment flows and supporting the international expansion of Dubai-based companies.

By enhancing connectivity and showcasing Dubai’s competitive advantages, the chamber continues to position the emirate as a premier destination for business growth and international trade.
