Dubai International Chamber strengthened Dubai’s position as a global investment hub in 2025, attracting 373 international companies to the emirate and recording its strongest performance to date in foreign direct investment facilitation.
The figure represents an 80.2 percent increase compared to 2024, underscoring the chamber’s expanding role in supporting Dubai’s competitiveness in global trade and investment. The companies attracted included 64 multinational corporations, up 25.5 percent year on year, alongside 309 small and medium-sized enterprises, marking a sharp 98 percent rise.
Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, Chairman of Dubai International Chamber, said Dubai continues to reinforce its status as a preferred destination for foreign direct investment and a launchpad for international growth. He highlighted the chamber’s commitment to advancing the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 by attracting high-value investments and building sustainable global economic partnerships.
To support these efforts, the chamber organised and participated in 235 international promotional roadshows across 190 cities worldwide during 2025. Over the same period, it hosted 141 international trade delegations involving 673 participants from diverse sectors, helping unlock new commercial opportunities for businesses in Dubai and abroad.
The chamber also expanded its global footprint in line with the Dubai Global initiative, which targets 50 representative offices by 2030. Nine new offices were inaugurated in 2025, bringing the total to 38, including first-time presences in New York, Warsaw, and Stockholm, as well as new locations across Asia, Africa, and North America.
Through 505 roundtable discussions held by its international offices, the chamber continued to promote Dubai as a leading global business destination and a gateway for cross-border investment and expansion.
