Dubai Internet City, part of TECOM Group PJSC, has entered a strategic partnership with Russia’s Skolkovo Foundation to accelerate innovation and open new opportunities for technology companies and start-ups across global markets.
Signed during GITEX Global 2025 in Dubai, the agreement focuses on fostering knowledge exchange and supporting the growth of digital enterprises in both regions. The collaboration aligns with Dubai Internet City’s broader goal of advancing the emirate’s digital economy and positioning it as a global hub for tech-driven innovation.
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, said the partnership reinforces the city’s commitment to building a collaborative innovation ecosystem that contributes to the global digital economy.
Timur Kornilov, Managing Director for Strategic International Partnership, Knowledge and Technology Transfer at the Skolkovo Foundation, highlighted that the alliance will provide Skolkovo’s innovative companies with practical support to enter the Middle East market, including help with pilot projects and export development.
The partnership marks another step in Dubai Internet City’s efforts to attract international collaboration and solidify its role as a leading platform for emerging technologies and entrepreneurial growth.
