The Dubai Judicial Institute (DJI) has introduced two groundbreaking platforms, the ‘Dubai Judicial Training Platform’ and the ‘Virtual Crime Scene in the Metaverse’, during its participation at GITEX Global 2024.

These innovative solutions are being showcased within the ‘Digital Dubai’ pavilion.

The ‘Dubai Judicial Training Platform’ serves as a comprehensive gateway to the institute’s training programs, enabling trainees to manage self-learning content with ease. Designed with user-friendliness and accessibility in mind, the platform offers specialised training pathways and provides direct learning options for an interactive and in-depth educational experience. It also allows for the management of personal profiles for both trainers and trainees, while generating detailed reports and evaluations.

The Institute’s ‘Virtual Crime Scene in the Metaverse’ marks a significant advancement in practical training for members of Dubai’s Public Prosecution. This platform offers a secure, immersive environment that replicates real-world crime scenes, enabling trainees to participate in realistic simulations. These include virtual site visits, inspections, and evidence collection, enhancing their expertise in crime analysis and handling evidence in criminal cases.

Judge Dr. Ebtessam Ali Al Badwawi, Director-General of DJI, expressed the institute’s commitment to digital transformation and innovation, stating,

"Our new platforms affirm our dedication to keeping pace with global trends in judicial training and technology."

With these developments, the Dubai Judicial Institute continues to strengthen its position as a leading institution in the legal and judicial training field, offering cutting-edge solutions for the future.
