EQARCOM, a UAE-based digital proptech platform has signed a strategic Memorandum of Cooperation with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) during the IPS Conference 2025, on April 14 at Dubai World Trade Centre.
The partnership marks a major step forward in the ongoing digitisation of Dubai’s real estate sector.
Through the collaboration, DLD and EQARCOM will work together to strengthen transparency and regulatory compliance by enabling data integration, automating leasing processes, and enhancing the tenant-landlord experience via digital platforms.
Through the partnership, EQARCOM will integrate with DLD systems including Ejari, and gain access to market data, helping landlords streamline leasing processes and offer compliant, data-driven tenant experiences.
The agreement was signed by Mr Sultan Al Ghurair, CEO, EQARCOM Solutions, alongside Majid Al Marri, CEO of Real Estate Registration Sector, Dubai Land Department at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
