Dubai is set to welcome the first regional edition of PropTech Connect from 4th to 5th February 2026 at the Grand Hyatt Dubai, marking a significant step in the emirate’s push toward a technology-driven real estate sector.

The event will bring together global experts, investors, and innovators to showcase cutting-edge solutions shaping the future of property markets.

Organised by the Dubai Land Department, the conference aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, aiming to enhance digital transformation, market transparency, and operational efficiency across the real estate ecosystem. These initiatives support the emirate’s goals of boosting economic growth, attracting high-quality investment, and strengthening its position as a global hub for business and innovation.

The two-day event is expected to attract over 3,000 participants and 1,500 companies, including developers, brokers, technology providers, and venture capital investors. PropTech Connect will feature more than 60 panel discussions, 50 global project case studies, 25 workshops, and interactive networking opportunities designed to foster collaboration and one-to-one meetings among participants.

Dubai’s selection as the host city highlights its growing role in the international proptech landscape. The city becomes the first stop in PropTech Connect’s global expansion, joining events in Europe, the United States, and Asia, and underscores the DLD’s commitment to creating a technology-driven real estate ecosystem.

The conference will spotlight innovations in artificial intelligence, blockchain, data analytics, and digital solutions that improve efficiency and enhance customer experiences. By convening global experts and local stakeholders, Dubai continues to position itself at the forefront of real estate transformation, reinforcing its reputation as a leading destination for innovation-powered property markets.
