Dubai Land Department (DLD) has opened registration for the second phase of its Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme, targeting 25 new participants ahead of a 25 May 2026 deadline.

Building on the strong uptake of its first phase, the programme is designed to equip Emirati nationals with the knowledge, tools and professional networks needed to establish and grow their own real estate brokerage firms in Dubai.

Delivered over six months, the curriculum covers the regulatory, legal, operational, marketing and financial dimensions of running a brokerage. It also integrates training on technology and artificial intelligence applications within the sector, alongside a focus on professional ethics and industry standards.

The programme is developed in partnership with Dubai Silicon Oasis, New Economy Academy and the Rochester Institute of Technology Dubai, offering participants a blend of structured training, mentorship and direct access to developers and market stakeholders.

Eng. Abdullah Ahmed Al Shehhi, CEO of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), said the first phase demonstrated the strong potential of Emirati talent when given the right environment and practical support.

"Through this new phase, we continue building on these achievements and encourage Emirati citizens and entrepreneurs to seize this opportunity and transform their ambitions into real success stories within one of Dubai's most dynamic sectors,"

he said.

The initiative aligns with Dubai's broader push toward a diversified, knowledge-based economy led by national talent. DLD positions the programme as a long-term investment in building a competitive real estate ecosystem underpinned by a new generation of Emirati entrepreneurs.

Emirati nationals — whether seasoned professionals or those exploring a career shift — are invited to register before 25 May 2026.
