Dubai Land Department Partners with Keyper Holdings to Enhance Property Management through Digital Innovation
In a significant step towards digital transformation, the Dubai Land Department (DLD) has signed a Memorandum of Cooperation with Keyper Holdings, a key player in the REES real estate innovation initiative.
The agreement, signed by Majid Al Marri, CEO of the Real Estate Registration Sector at DLD, and Omar Abu Innab, Co-Founder and CEO of Keyper Holdings, took place during the GITEX Global 2024 event.
This partnership aims to revolutionize property management by integrating advanced digital solutions that enhance transparency, efficiency, and innovation within the real estate sector. By providing tenants and landlords easy access to accurate information, the initiative seeks to reduce disputes and facilitate informed decision-making. It will also streamline communication between stakeholders through digital platforms, ensuring swift responses and efficient information exchange.
The collaboration focuses on leveraging data analytics to align real estate investments with market needs, while also incorporating technological solutions to improve resource consumption and support global sustainability efforts. Training programs for DLD employees will ensure effective utilization of these digital tools.
Keyper Holdings will implement an electronic platform enabling tenants to pay rent via credit cards and automatic debit systems, allowing for flexible monthly payments. Additionally, integration with the ‘Mollak’ platform will simplify management of owners' association fees.
Majid Al Marri emphasized that this partnership sets new standards for property management, aligning with Dubai’s vision of becoming a global leader in digital transformation. Omar Abu Innab highlighted the initiative's potential to eliminate cheque payments, enhancing convenience for tenants.
This collaboration not only strengthens the synergy between public and private sectors but also positions Dubai as a competitive hub for business and real estate innovation.
