Dubai Land Department to Host 21st Edition of IPS 2025 from April 14-16
Dubai Land Department (DLD) has announced the launch of the 21st edition of the International Property Show (IPS) 2025, set to take place from April 14 to 16, 2025, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
As the leading global platform for real estate professionals, IPS continues to foster collaboration, investment, and innovation in the dynamic property market.
The annual event is a cornerstone of DLD’s ongoing efforts to engage with the global real estate investor community, industry leaders, and innovators, reinforcing confidence in Dubai’s thriving real estate sector. IPS 2025 is expected to attract more than 16,000 visitors, offering a platform for developers, investors, brokers, and financial institutions to showcase their projects, build strategic partnerships, and explore lucrative investment opportunities.
His Excellency Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of Dubai Land Department, emphasized Dubai’s commitment to positioning itself as a premier global destination for real estate investment. He highlighted that IPS serves as a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, collaboration, and the presentation of cutting-edge technologies reshaping the industry. He further attributed Dubai’s exceptional real estate performance in 2024—marked by 2.78 million transactions valued at AED 761 billion—to the emirate’s visionary leadership and investor-friendly policies.
IPS 2025 will feature a dynamic agenda anchored by five core pillars: IPS Real Estate, IPS Future Cities, IPS Startups & PropTech, IPS Design, and IPS Services. The exhibition will also host the IPS Conference, bringing together global experts, senior officials, and institutional investors to discuss emerging trends, sustainable urban development, and innovative technologies such as smart building solutions and renewable energy integration.
With strong international participation from countries including the USA, China, Saudi Arabia, Greece, and Indonesia, IPS 2025 facilitates cross-border investments and strategic alliances. Dedicated zones such as the IPS Investors Zone B2B Hub, Country Pavilions, and the IPS Women initiative will further enhance networking and business development opportunities.
The highly anticipated Startup Competition will spotlight pioneering real estate technologies, offering emerging innovators a platform to present their ideas to industry leaders and investors. Additionally, the IPS Women initiative will celebrate female leadership in the real estate sector, fostering inclusivity and providing tailored insights and networking opportunities.
Dubai’s robust real estate performance, coupled with IPS’s strategic initiatives, underscores the emirate’s position as a leading global hub for property investment. As the sector continues to embrace sustainability and technological advancements, IPS 2025 is set to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the global real estate landscape.
