Dubai Land Department Resolves AED 1.38 billion Worth of Real Estate Disputes Amicably
Dubai Land Department (DLD) has achieved a significant milestone by completing 647 amicable real estate settlements worth over AED 1.38 billion in the first half of 2024.
Utilizing the Oqoodi Platform service, DLD achieved 100% approval for settlement agreements, streamlining and accelerating the process of real estate settlements. This accomplishment has enhanced dispute management efficiency, providing a safe and reliable method for confirming and legally documenting each party's agreement to the terms.
