Dubai Media Incorporated (DMI) has announced the launch of 'Dar Al Bayan Publishing House,' a cultural publishing venture aimed at reinforcing Dubai’s status as a global media and cultural hub.
The initiative aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, to foster innovation and creativity in the publishing industry.
The unveiling took place during the 17th edition of the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature 2025 in Dubai. Dar Al Bayan Publishing House is set to embrace modern methodologies and advanced technologies to enrich literature and culture, supporting new perspectives in research, writing, and translation.
Hamad bin Karam, Editor-in-Chief of Al Bayan newspaper, presented the strategic objectives of the publishing house, highlighting its role in shaping the local and Arab publishing landscape. He emphasized that Dar Al Bayan Publishing will introduce innovative, high-quality approaches to publishing, reflecting Dubai’s commitment to creativity, openness, and excellence.
By adhering to international standards and exploring new frontiers in publishing, Dar Al Bayan aims to contribute significantly to the global literary scene. The initiative will provide diverse content across literature, research, and translation, enhancing Dubai’s creative economy and supporting national cultural initiatives.
