The Dubai Future Foundation (DFF), in partnership with the Executive Council of Dubai, has officially opened registration for the latest edition of the Dubai Future Experts Programme (DEEP).
This groundbreaking initiative is the world’s first government-led program aimed at developing a certified network of strategic foresight experts across Dubai’s key government sectors.
Launched under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the program is designed to empower Emirati professionals working in government and semi-government entities. The focus is on equipping them with critical foresight skills to anticipate and shape the future of Dubai through innovative policymaking and strategic thinking.
Abdulaziz Al Jaziri, Deputy CEO of DFF, highlighted,
"The Dubai Future Experts Programme enables Emirati leaders to anticipate change, develop proactive strategies, and ensure Dubai remains at the forefront of future-ready policymaking."
The program consists of two comprehensive levels:

- ‘Certified Foresight Ambassador’, which will take place from September to October 2025
Participants will gain in-depth knowledge of foresight methodologies, develop future scenarios, and engage in hands-on projects addressing key challenges.
Upon completion, participants will receive a certification in strategic foresight and gain access to an exclusive global network of foresight experts. Registration is open until April 17, 2025. Emirati professionals and Dubai government entities can apply or nominate candidates via DFF's official portal.
