The mall released new numbers on Tuesday, revealing that a whopping 20 million people visited in just the first 2 months of this year.
On Tuesday, Dubai Mall announced a record-breaking 105 million visitors in 2023, marking a significant increase of over 19 percent from the previous year's 88 million. A statement from the Mall declared it the most visited place globally following the exceptional numbers in 2023.
Additionally, new figures revealed by the mall on Tuesday indicated an astonishing 20 million people visited within the first two months of this year alone, suggesting that 2024 is poised to be another record-breaking year.

stated Emaar founder Mohamed Alabbar.
"Moreover, this diverse mix of nationalities not only highlights the mall's global appeal but also mirrors the cosmopolitan culture of Dubai itself,"
Alabbar continued.
The mall's events and promotions throughout 2023 and the start of 2024 played a crucial role in driving foot traffic, alongside significant festive occasions and international celebrations. Major events such as the Dubai Shopping Festival, the Dubai Food Festival, and the renowned 3 Day Super Sale further showcased the mall's capacity to attract and captivate large crowds.
The mall's online presence saw remarkable growth, with its Instagram following now reaching 1.3 million.
Customer satisfaction at the mall averaged at 4.6, indicating positive feedback from numerous customers.
Opened in 2008, Dubai Mall ranks as the world's second-largest shopping destination, spanning 1.2 million square meters. It boasts over 1,200 retail outlets, featuring two major department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Bloomingdale's, along with more than 200 international dining options.
