Dubai is celebrating the 30th anniversary of Global Village with a unique initiative that places the event’s logo on all visas issued from the emirate and introduces a special entry stamp for travelers arriving in the UAE.

The move highlights the city’s commitment to cultural diversity and international collaboration.

The initiative was announced jointly by the General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs – Dubai (GDRFA Dubai) and Global Village in the presence of H.E. Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, Director General of GDRFA Dubai, and Ms. Zeina Dagher, Senior Vice President of Operations at Dubai Holding Entertainment – Global Village. Sara Al Muhairi, Director of Marketing and Events, was also present.

Travelers who receive the Global Village Season 30 stamp next to their entry stamp will enjoy free admission to the attraction for ten days from its opening on October 15. This offer is valid for one-time use per visitor.

The initiative reflects a broader collaboration between government and private entities, emphasizing Dubai’s role as a global hub of cultural exchange. It aims to introduce millions of visitors to Global Village, which brings together cultures from around the world in a single experience that embodies openness, tolerance, and human connection.

GDRFA Dubai described the effort as part of its ongoing strategy to support national events, enhance visitor experiences, and align with the Dubai 2033 Vision. The initiative underscores the emirate’s goal to strengthen its reputation as a vibrant, culturally rich global destination that balances innovation, lifestyle, and heritage.
