Dubai Metro and Tram services have earned a 96% score in the 2024 International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS), marking a steady rise from 87.2% in 2022 and 92.2% in 2023. This accomplishment reflects the joint efforts of the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Keolis-MHI, the operator of Dubai Metro and Tram, in prioritizing customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
The ICXS evaluates key factors such as service quality, technology integration, and real-time communication, showcasing Dubai’s commitment to delivering seamless and innovative public transportation experiences.
Abdul Al Mohsen Kalbat, CEO of RTA’s Rail Agency, emphasized the authority’s dedication to providing efficient and forward-thinking mobility solutions that enhance customer happiness. Similarly, David Franks, Managing Director of Keolis-MHI, credited the success to the team’s focus on ensuring smooth and enjoyable journeys for all passengers.
