Dubai Municipality has announced the upgrade of its Dubai Building Permits (Dubai BPs) application, enhancing the platform with new features and a redesigned user interface.
The app now offers an integrated suite of services and information for building owners, contractors, and consultants in Dubai. Key updates include a new dashboard for viewing land plot details, a search function for finding registered contractors and consultants, and the ability for building owners to evaluate these professionals based on their project status and experience.
The app also introduces an e-payment feature via Dubai Pay, allowing users to pay fees directly through the platform. Additional services, such as annexe licensing and access to approved engineering plans, have been added to further support users.
This upgrade is part of Dubai Municipality's ongoing efforts to develop smart digital solutions that align with international standards. The aim is to enhance the quality of building licensing and control services, contributing to the development of a smart, sustainable, and advanced construction sector in Dubai.
The Dubai BPs app provides a user-friendly experience, offering access to regulations, laws, and detailed information on consulting offices and contracting companies. Users can track the status of building license transactions, view engineers' notes, pay fees, and access various reports related to building projects.
