Dubai: New Parking Fees and Timings Announced for Zone F by Parkin

Dubai’s paid parking tariffs in Zone F have been revised, with new rates and extended timings effective February 1, according to an announcement by Parkin. Zone F covers key areas including Al Sufouh 2, Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City.

Extended Paid Parking Hours

The paid parking hours have been extended from the previous 8 AM to 6 PM to the new timing of 8 AM to 10 PM, increasing the payable duration by four hours daily.

Revised Parking Fees in Zone F:

  • 30 minutes: AED 2
  • 1 hour: AED 4
  • 2 hours: AED 8
  • 3 hours: AED 12
  • 4 hours: AED 16
  • 5 hours: AED 20
  • 6 hours: AED 24
  • 7 hours: AED 28
  • 24 hours: AED 32

Upcoming Changes: Variable Parking Tariff Policy (March 2025)

The changes are in line with the upcoming Variable Parking Tariff Policy, set to launch by the end of March 2025. Key highlights include:

  • Premium Parking Spaces: AED 6 per hour during peak hours (8 AM–10 AM & 4 PM–8 PM)
  • Standard Public Spaces: AED 4 per hour during peak hours
  • Off-Peak Hours: No changes in tariffs (10 AM–4 PM & 8 PM–10 PM)
  • Free Parking: From 10 PM to 8 AM daily and all day on Sundays

Dubai’s Parking Zone Classification

Dubai’s parking system is divided into 11 zones (A to K) under three categories:

  1. Commercial Areas
  2. Non-Commercial Areas
  3. Special Zones

Each zone follows specific regulations, and drivers are advised to stay informed to avoid fines.
