Dubai-based private property developer Omniyat has unveiled its latest project, the Alba Residences, during the Monaco Yacht Show.
This ambitious venture, valued at $1.9 billion (Dh7 billion), marks the Dorchester Collection's first garden retreat by the sea, featuring expansive private terraces and a suite of wellness offerings.
Designed by the renowned Zaha Hadid Architects (ZHA), the Alba Residences will offer a variety of luxurious living options, including furnished two-bedroom and unfurnished three-bedroom units, as well as simplex and duplex configurations with three or four bedrooms and penthouses. Nestled on the Eastern Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, residents will enjoy breathtaking views of Dubai Marina, Burj Al Arab, and Burj Khalifa.
Mahdi Amjad, founder and executive chairman of Omniyat, expressed excitement about the project, stating,
“The Alba, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, represents our vision of reimagined luxury by the sun and sea. This development promises a level of residential living previously unseen in the emirate, guided by the innovative spirit of Zaha Hadid Architects.”
Christopher Cowdray, President of Dorchester Collection, emphasized the exclusivity of the Alba, noting it will serve as a sanctuary for residents and guests, combining privacy and serenity with unparalleled service.
“With panoramic views across the sea and Dubai’s iconic landmarks, The Alba will redefine luxury through exceptional design in an environment where nature and wellness converge,”
he added.
The Alba Residences will become the twelfth Dorchester Collection hotel worldwide and the second in the Middle East, following The Lana, Dorchester Collection, Dubai.
