Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, the Dubai Press Club (DPC) will host the fifth edition of Dubai PodFest on 30 September 2025.
The event coincides with International Podcast Day, celebrating the influence and growth of podcasts worldwide.
Recognised as the region’s leading podcasting event, Dubai PodFest will bring together prominent Arab podcasters, media organisations, and audio content platforms to exchange ideas, showcase success stories, and shape the future of the industry. Discussions will focus on global trends, strategies to expand Arabic content, and opportunities to empower emerging talent while strengthening partnerships between media and creative sectors.
Mona Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of DPC, said the event reflects Dubai’s vision to position itself as a hub for Arab media and creative content. Maryam Al Mulla, Director of DPC, highlighted the role of the event in enabling growth in the podcasting industry and motivating young creators.
The event will feature panel discussions, workshops, and interactive sessions, with registration now open via the Dubai Press Club website.
