Dubai Police Accelerates Smart Police Stations Initiative
Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Smart Police Stations (SPS), chaired the committee's thirty-seventh meeting at Al Muraqqabat Police Station.
During the meeting, Lt. Gen. Al Marri reaffirmed Dubai Police's dedication to expanding the establishment of smart police stations in vital areas across the emirate to provide seamless, 24/7 services to the public without human intervention. He highlighted that implementing smart police stations works towards the government's forward-looking and digital transformation objectives through carrying out impactful initiatives and projects that enhance government systems and establish an integrated smart digital framework, simplifying public procedures.
Lt. Gen. Al Marri also listened to project managers as they provided updates on the latest developments regarding the construction of smart police stations in various areas across the emirate. Additionally, he discussed the progress made, future plans, and the visionary approach to expanding the establishment of these stations until 2030. Furthermore, Lt. Gen. Al Marri reviewed the number of completed transactions, the customer experience, decisions from previous meetings, and challenges.
