Dubai Police has unveiled the second generation of its official website and smart application, alongside a new Lawyers Platform designed to transform how legal services are delivered and accessed.

The launch marks a significant step in Dubai’s push toward smarter, faster, and more integrated public services.

Announced at a press conference at the Dubai Police Officers Club in Al Jaddaf, the initiative was attended by senior leadership, legal professionals, and media representatives. The upgraded platforms introduce seven specialised digital legal services aimed at simplifying procedures, accelerating transactions, and reducing the need for in-person visits.

Major General Dr Saleh Abdullah Murad, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Administrative Affairs, said the rollout reflects Dubai Police’s ongoing commitment to modernising its digital infrastructure in line with the leadership’s vision. He noted that advanced artificial intelligence has been embedded to redesign the customer journey, making services more accurate, reliable, and user focused.

Major General Khalid Nasser Al Razooqi highlighted that the new systems support seven UN official languages, with AI-enabled support for more than 268 languages, while maintaining full compliance with approved legal frameworks. The platforms also align with Dubai’s zero bureaucracy strategy by unifying service channels and reducing traditional paperwork.

Brigadier Majed Al Suwaidi said the Lawyers Platform represents a qualitative shift, enabling lawyers and legal consultants to submit requests, manage cases, and track procedures digitally around the clock, easing pressure on police stations.

The integrated website and application offer a unified customer experience, personalised dashboards, real-time updates, and secure digital workspaces for lawyers, reinforcing Dubai Police’s role in advancing smart governance and efficient justice services.
