Dubai continues to reinforce its leadership in government services under the guidance of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai.
At a recent event, Sheikh Hamdan presented Dubai Police with the prestigious Hamdan Flag, recognising their excellence in government services.
The event highlighted the completion of the first phase of the Services 360 Policy, which saw significant achievements in transforming government services.
"In just one year, we have enhanced 418 services, reducing service access times by 98% and generating AED1 billion in savings,"
Sheikh Hamdan said. He emphasised that innovation and collaboration are key drivers of this transformation, resulting in a 91% customer trust rating.
Several government entities were recognised for their contributions, including Dubai Municipality's "Build in Dubai" initiative, which won the Best Innovative Initiative award. Other finalists included Dubai Police’s "Lost and Found" and Dubai Courts’ "Judgment Execution System."
Sheikh Hamdan commended the efforts of all participating entities, noting that their achievements are a testament to Dubai's commitment to pioneering integrated, customer-focused services. Phase two of the policy is set to build on this success, further cementing Dubai’s status as a global leader in smart governance.
