Dubai Press Club Launches ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme’ to Empower Emerging Media Talent

The Dubai Press Club (DPC) has unveiled the ‘Dubai Content Creators Programme,’ a pioneering media training initiative designed to empower emerging content creators with essential skills to produce impactful digital content.

Aimed at fostering expertise across diverse fields such as economy, culture, sports, and society, the programme will consist of multiple phases, each tailored to specific aspects of media production and audience engagement.

In collaboration with the UAE Ministry of Economy, the first phase, the ‘Economic Content Creators Programme,’ will launch in December. This phase aims to elevate economic literacy and provide training on economic reporting for emerging media professionals, aligning with the UAE’s vision to enhance the media sector’s role in promoting its dynamic business landscape.

Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy, emphasized that the programme supports the nation’s transition to a knowledge-based economy by strengthening business media’s competitive edge and providing creators with advanced training on economic analysis and reporting.

Mona Al Marri, President of DPC, highlighted the programme’s role in advancing digital transformation within the media industry, enabling participants to effectively engage audiences across the Arab world. Partnerships with prominent local and international media organizations like CNBC Arabia, Dubai Media, and academic institutions will provide comprehensive, hands-on training in storytelling, audience engagement, multimedia design, and research.

Registration for the ‘Economic Content Creators Programme’ is open to UAE citizens and residents aged 20-45, proficient in Arabic and English, and committed to attending in-person workshops.
