Dubai Press Club has announced the details of the Arab Media Summit 2026, setting the stage for the region’s largest media gathering to take place from 31 March to 2 April 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre.

Held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and the directives of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the summit will convene leading Arab and international media figures, content creators, influencers, academics, and technology experts.

Organisers revealed a new expanded structure that will, for the first time, bring around 10 specialised forums under a single umbrella, reflecting a holistic view of media as an integrated ecosystem. Key platforms include the Arab Media Forum, Government Communication Forum, Arab Youth Media Forum, eGaming Forum, Film Forum, and the Arab Social Media Influencers Summit.

The summit will also collaborate with the Financial Times on the FT Global Affairs and Business Council Dubai Edition and host Reuters’ Future of News Forum, alongside workshops and training sessions led by global digital media experts.

Her Excellency Mona Ghanem AlMarri said the summit has evolved into a strategic platform that supports the UAE’s vision of media as a driver of development and positive change. She noted that international partnerships further strengthen Dubai’s position as a global hub for media dialogue.

Maryam Al Mulla described the 2026 edition as a milestone that consolidates multiple high-impact forums into a single, comprehensive experience for participants.

The event will feature three major awards, including the 25th Arab Media Award, the 10th Ibda’a Arab Youth Media Award, and the 6th Arab Social Media Influencers Award, alongside extensive professional training programmes.

Organisers confirmed strong registration interest locally and internationally, underscoring the summit’s growing influence as a leading platform for learning, networking, and shaping the future of media in the region.
