Dubai Public Prosecution has launched the ‘Leaders’ programme in partnership with the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, aiming to prepare national employees for leadership roles within the organisation.
Thirty qualified staff members are participating in the initiative, which integrates artificial intelligence and behavioural insights to enhance decision-making and institutional performance.
The programme draws inspiration from the leadership approach of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, focusing on innovation, proactivity, and collective action. It forms part of Dubai Public Prosecution’s ongoing efforts to develop national talent, strengthen the justice system, and support the government’s journey of excellence.
Counsellor Essam Essa Al Humaidan, Attorney General of Dubai, highlighted the collaboration as a reflection of shared objectives in building leadership capabilities. He emphasized that investing in human capital ensures future readiness, improves institutional performance, and aligns with Dubai Government’s strategic vision. He added that advanced training programmes equip leaders to transform challenges into opportunities and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Dr. Ali bin Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President at the Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, explained that the programme combines executive training with practical application. Participants engage in self-leadership, coaching, and applied projects that address real-world government challenges. By leveraging AI and behavioural insights, the initiative aims to build strategic thinking, adaptability, and sustainable solutions that strengthen government competitiveness.
The ‘Leaders’ programme represents a strategic step toward preparing future-ready leaders capable of guiding Dubai’s institutional development, ensuring that national talent is equipped to meet evolving challenges and contribute to the UAE’s broader vision of excellence in governance.
