Dubai real estate market recorded 456 sales transactions worth AED1.82 billion, in addition to 78 mortgage deals of AED351.06 million, and 18 gift deals amounting to AED301.08 million on Thursday, data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 393 villas and apartments worth AED1.46 billion, and 63 land plots worth AED359.9 million. The mortgages included 53 villas and apartments worth AED89.76 million and 25 land plots valued at AED261.31 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED2.4 billion.
