On Wednesday, the Dubai real estate market recorded 494 sales transactions worth AED1.34 billion, 84 mortgage deals worth AED186.59 million, and 16 gift deals worth AED17.73 million, according to data from the Dubai Land Department.
The sales included 419 villas and apartments worth AED943.13 million and 75 land plots worth AED395.07 million. The mortgages included 68 villas and apartments worth AED168.54 million and 16 land plots valued at AED18.05 million, bringing the total realty transactions to over AED1.5 billion.
