Dubai real estate market recorded 486 sales transactions worth AED1.31 billion, in addition to 93 mortgage deals of AED360.57 million, and 10 gift deals amounting to AED30.74 million on Wednesday, data released by Dubai's Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 424 villas and apartments worth AED1.08 billion, and 62 land plots worth AED231.57 million, while mortgages included 77 villas and apartments worth AED187.14 million and 16 land plots valued at AED173.44 million, bringing the total realty transactions of today to over AED1.7 billion.
