Speaking at the 1 Billion Followers Summit, Lootah highlighted Dubai's competitive advantages, positioning the emirate as the top destination for investors, startups, entrepreneurs, and content creators.
Lootah emphasized that Dubai's strategic policies and its alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) have helped create a diversified and sustainable economy. This has made the city a global economic powerhouse, particularly in the digital sector.

The emirate’s appeal to global talent has been strengthened by flexible policies, tax exemptions, and high quality-of-life standards, including safety, business infrastructure, and ease of settling in.
Lootah also praised the Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy (DCDE), which plays a vital role in reinforcing Dubai’s digital ecosystem. DCDE aims to unlock the potential of digital sectors, attract global digital companies, and foster the growth of digital businesses in line with the D33 Agenda.
