Dubai Safari Park is set to unveil an exciting new experience with the launch of night safaris, starting from 13th December 2024.

The park's extended timings will allow visitors to witness the fascinating nocturnal routines of wildlife, running exclusively until 12th January 2025.

This unique offering provides a rare glimpse into the natural adaptations and behaviors of over 90 species after dark. Visitors can embark on guided safaris, led by expert wildlife guides, to observe the heightened activity of carnivores, the elusive pygmy hippos, and the roaring of lions as the evening deepens. Interactive animal activities, along with captivating live performances, such as the African fire show and neon displays, add to the enchanting nighttime experience.

Ahmad Al Zarouni, Director of Public Parks and Recreational Facilities at Dubai Municipality, highlighted the park's mission to educate and inspire.

“The night safari offers a rare opportunity to explore hidden aspects of life in the wild. We hope to foster a deeper appreciation for wildlife and encourage animal welfare advocacy across the region,”

he stated. Al Zarouni also emphasized the initiative's alignment with Dubai’s vibrant tourism offerings during the peak travel season.

To ensure the animals’ well-being, only nocturnally active species will be part of the safari, with measures in place to preserve their natural routines. The night safari will run from 18:00 to 20:00 daily, with tickets available from 11th December on their website. Visitors are encouraged to book early due to limited availability.

This initiative reinforces Dubai’s reputation as a premier global destination, promising an unforgettable wildlife experience for residents and tourists alike.
