Dubai Silicon Oasis has announced the full agenda and speaker lineup for the first Middle East edition of the Doers Summit, setting the stage for one of the region’s most anticipated gatherings for startups, investors, and innovation leaders.
The summit will take place from 26 to 27 November 2025 at Dubai Digital Park and is expected to draw more than 3,000 participants. Organised in partnership with The Doers Company, the event aims to strengthen cross-border collaboration and expand access to capital by bringing together founders, venture capital funds, and key ecosystem players.
The programme will open with a keynote by Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism. Additional speakers include Dr Nicodemos Damianou, Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of Cyprus, and Dr Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority.
Across three main stages, the summit will feature over 150 speakers in panel discussions, workshops, fireside chats, and networking sessions. Key themes include artificial intelligence, fintech, digital infrastructure, sustainability, and mobility, with case studies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Ten thematic tracks will guide the conversations, covering areas such as Future Cities, The Age of Intelligence, Future of Money, Greentech and Impact, and The Rise of Robots. Curated side events, investor meetups, innovation challenges, and a matchmaking platform will support targeted connections throughout the summit.
Participating global companies include Delivery Hero, Waze, Airbus, Zoho, AWS, Google, META, and Oracle, alongside more than 40 startups showcasing new products and technologies.
A community fitness event, the DSO Run, will take place on 25 November ahead of the official opening. The Middle East edition builds on the summit’s growth in Athens and Limassol, where it has become a leading platform for innovation and investment across three continents.
